Governance Risk Manager

Job Description:
The Governance Risk Manager role is pivotal in driving organisational excellence through effective risk and governance practices. This position contributes to high-level discussions, ensuring that Health Infrastructure remains a benchmark for best practices in corporate governance and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an enterprise-wide risk management framework, aligning with NSW Health and Government expectations.
- Lead the development and periodic review of risk management policies, processes, and procedures.
- Foster a culture of integrity, transparency, accountability, and compliance, promoting business excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance risk awareness and capability, driving continuous improvement across the organisation.
Requirements:
- Expert understanding of risk and governance practices in government agencies.
- Proven track record of championing risk and governance initiatives, driving cultural change.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
