Are you ready for a dynamic role that will keep your days filled with excitement and challenge? As a Hospitality All Rounder, you will work across Reception, Housekeeping, Guest Events/Activities and Food and Beverage. This is an opportunity to gain experience in all operational aspects of our properties and build the foundation of your career in general or property management.

About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and passionate hospitality professional to join our team. As a Hospitality All Rounder, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless check-in process for our guests while maintaining accurate records. You will also create, promote and plan guest activities to keep our guests engaged and entertained.

  • Reception: Welcoming guests to the property and ensuring their check-in process is efficient and accurate.
  • Guest Activities: Plan and execute engaging social events and activities to ensure our guests stay entertained.
  • Housekeeping: Ensure the property and guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Food & Beverage: Prepare and serve food and beverages, including coffee making/barista duties.
  • Health & Safety: Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
Requirements

You will need exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to provide a fun and engaging service to our guests. Experience in a similar role or relevant skills are ideal. Good attention to detail and organisational skills are essential. Experience using Microsoft Office is required. Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays, is mandatory. RSA certification is required and a First Aid certificate is desirable. Knowledge of the local area and travel/tourism industry is a plus.
