About Us
We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our community healthcare team. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide safe, evidence-based care across home visits, clinics and outreach settings.
This role offers a wide range of clinical services including wound care, continence management, medication administration and palliative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, evidence-based care for clients in their homes and in clinics.
- Deliver a variety of clinical services to meet the needs of clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families to support their independence and wellbeing.
Requirements:
- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- Nursing knowledge and skills relevant to the position.
- Valid driver's license.
- Demonstrated effective clinical communication and interpersonal skills.
