We are currently working with a well-respected not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing responsive, compassionate and high-quality care to local communities. We are seeking an experienced Senior Administration Officer to assist their team based at one of their larger sized homes in Melbourne's north-eastern suburbs.

Key Responsibilities

">

The successful candidate will lead a small administration team to ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations, develop and manage rosters in a 24/7 care environment, provide administrative support to the Residential Manager, maintain communication with residents, families, and stakeholders, oversee office management tasks and maintain records, train and support team members.

About You

">

You will require relevant qualifications/experience in Office Management and Administration, proven experience managing rosters in a care or healthcare setting, leadership experience with the ability to allocate tasks and provide training, strong computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and rostering systems, and dayforce software experience ideally.
