Job Title

A Return to Work Coordinator position has become available, offering a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to make a meaningful impact in the workplace.

This part-time role involves supporting the health and wellbeing of employees across various teams, working closely with HR and Safety to deliver care and contribute to a safe and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of injury management and return-to-work processes, as well as relevant occupational health qualifications and experience.

We are seeking an Associate-level professional who can work autonomously, aligned with medical guidelines and policies. The successful candidate will also have recent knowledge and experience in health surveillance and health assessments, including operating medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing support for injured employees
  • Developing plans for gradual return to full roles
  • Coordinating Occupational Health Centre operations
  • Conducting pre-employment medicals
  • Health surveillance and coordination
  • Support through employee wellbeing initiatives
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with occupational health qualifications
  • Unrestricted AHPRA practicing certificate
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
