Senior Event Planning Executive

Our organization is seeking a seasoned and accomplished Senior Event Planning Executive to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-end events.

This role demands exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in event management software and tools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing logistics for company offsites, conferences, summer parties, ski trips, and unique experiences. They will also develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and production schedules.

Key qualifications include 5+ years of experience in event planning with a proven track record, flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required, and a passion for delivering quality every time.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics for corporate, brand, and private sector events.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and production schedules.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers.
  • Supervise event setup, on-site coordination, and breakdown.
  • Travel to luxury destinations and cities across Europe and America.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in event planning with a proven track record.
