Apprentice Horticulturalist Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Horticulturalist. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or continue their career in horticulture.

  • The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance of our parks, reserves, and sports grounds.
  • They will also assist in the care and maintenance of plant equipment and contribute to maintaining a safe workplace.

About the Role:

This role offers a unique combination of hands-on experience and training in horticulture. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work with experienced staff and develop their skills in a variety of areas including park maintenance, arboriculture, and conservation.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a genuine interest in horticulture and a willingness to learn. You must also have started or be willing to undertake tertiary studies through a recognized educational institution such as TAFE.
