Your Role

You'll be a key member of our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive data-driven reliability, monitoring, and automation practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing large-scale solutions to improve system reliability and performance
  • Leading a culture of data-driven decision making, monitoring, and automation aligned to SRE principles
  • Maintaining and scaling distributed systems in public, private, or hybrid cloud environments
  • Developing tools and processes to support operational management, including security
  • Identifying technology limitations and developing sustainable improvements using software engineering principles
Requirements

We're looking for experienced professionals who possess:

  • Strong experience in software engineering, with expertise in at least one programming language (e.g., Golang, Python)
  • Proficiency in modern software development practices, including git for source control, and CI/CD tools like TeamCity, Jenkins, or Octopus Deploy
  • Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, Splunk, AppDynamics), and Linux internals, networking, containers, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with experience leading teams of engineers driving outcomes
