Mobile Lending Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Mobile Lending Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about building relationships with referral partners, working in a flexible environment, and contributing to business growth.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve customer engagement and retention. You will also work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and build strong relationships with referral partners.

Main Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners to drive business growth.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Develop and execute plans to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in lending.
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
