About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team in Melbourne. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing home and community access support to our participants. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as meals and personal care
  • Providing support with everyday household tasks
  • Facilitating meaningful engagement within home and community environments

Requirements:

  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record management
  • Initiative and self-motivation
  • A positive and professional approach
  • Flexibility and availability to work a variety of shifts
  • Relevant qualifications are highly desirable, but not essential
