Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC / Plumbing Branch Operations Manager to join our team at Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.

About the Role: As a key member of our organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our HVAC / Plumbing branch, ensuring seamless execution of sales and customer service strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Branch Management: Monitor and control branch employee hours, manage overtime, and conduct performance appraisals to drive employee growth and development.
  • Resource Management: Effectively manage resources and expense budgets to optimize branch performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise a team of 20+ staff members, including the warehouse manager and inside sales team, to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and warehouse staff, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Business Acumen: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve sales performance, and increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the HVAC / Plumbing industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
