Dental Care Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our dental care unit, you will be responsible for providing top-notch patient care and support to our dentists.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in a variety of areas, including chair-side assisting, instrument sterilization, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and teamwork skills, who can work effectively in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists during procedures, ensuring accurate and timely completion of treatments
- Sterilize instruments and equipment according to established protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient care and achieve excellent outcomes
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a dental setting, preferably as a dental assistant or hygienist
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Flexibility in scheduling, including weekend availability
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong focus on patient satisfaction and care
