Job Title: Mixology Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic mixology professional to join our team on a casual basis.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a busy bar or hospitality environment, strong product knowledge, and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities include preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, delivering professional and friendly service, recommending drink pairings, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Preparing and serving cocktails, beers, and wines
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons
• Recommend drinks based on customer preferences and dietary requirements
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards

Qualifications include a current RSA certificate and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Skills and qualifications include:

• Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
