Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Mixologist to join our team at a busy resort on a casual basis. As a key member of the Food & Beverage operations, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine
  • Deliver professional, friendly service while engaging with guests
  • Recommend drink pairings and upsell to enhance the guest experience
  • Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area
  • Collaborate with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service

Requirements:

  • Previous mixology experience in a fast-paced bar or hospitality environment
  • Strong product knowledge and confidence in mixing classic cocktails
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable personality
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • A current RSA certificate is essential
