This role offers an exciting opportunity for a proud Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person to work closely with local employers and community groups to develop tailored plans that create successful and culturally safe pathways for employment.
You will empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals by developing and enhancing their employability skills to find meaningful employment, while also providing support to employers and participants.
The role involves building and maintaining positive relationships with local employers and community groups, delivering a quality service, and adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements.
Skill Requirements- Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
- Current probationary or open Australian Drivers Licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Willingness to complete National Police check, obtain MyID (standard level), and pass Working with Children's check
