Optimizing Resource Allocation: A Key Role

Job Description:

This position plays a pivotal part in national operations coordination, focusing on forward planning of rosters and deployments.

Key responsibilities include strategic workforce planning, roster management, operational support, customer liaison, and data accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in rostering or operations, strong MS Excel skills, and knowledge of rostering packages. A certificate in business administration is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strategic workforce planning: Publishing national rosters 2–4 weeks in advance, identifying resource shortfalls.
  • Roster management: Maintaining and updating permanent rosters, including deployment changes and leave coverage.
  • Operational support: Allocating resources nationally, ensuring legislative and internal policies compliance.
  • Customer liaison: Collaborating with clients and contractors to meet security requirements.
  • Data accuracy: Ensuring timely and accurate entry of contractor rosters and resource changes.
