About This Role
  • Collaborate with the Centre Director to lead the team in delivering high-quality early learning and care.
  • Mentor and develop capabilities within the centre team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Take on additional responsibilities in the Centre Director's absence to ensure continuity.
  • Implement and utilize established best practices to drive centre success.
