About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive quality standards across our business in Australia and New Zealand. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team, report to the Head of Quality APAC and India, and be a key member of the ANZ Leadership Team.

Main Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Develop and implement quality management systems that meet global standards, including document and data control, management responsibility, quality planning, training, corrective and preventive actions, and audits.">
  3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as ISO13485, TGA Medical Device Regulations, QSR, and MDR.">
  4. Act as the primary contact for regulatory authorities, including interfacing with TGA, Medsafe, and other agencies.">
  5. Prepare for and execute internal and external audits in the region.">
  6. Deploy global quality objectives with local adjustments to drive improvements.">
  7. Manage post-market surveillance processes, including feedback, complaints, corrections, and adverse event reporting.">
  8. Participate in the district leadership team, manage team budgets, and develop strategic plans aligned with business goals.">
  9. Collaborate with customer service and supply chain management teams.">
  10. Oversee personnel training for QMS processes and lead the district quality team through coaching and development.">
  11. Partner with regional and local process owners to improve processes and develop quality strategies based on best practices and regional needs.">
  12. Maintain an effective global policy framework to support evolving business needs.">
