Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Year 10 student to join our team as a School-based Trainee in Plumbing Alexandria. As a Trainee, you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while gaining hands-on experience in a Reece branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody the Reece values and policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Complete all requirements of the Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations
  • Process sales and manage stock
  • Answer phone calls and take messages/orders
  • Communicate effectively with customers and staff
  • Build product knowledge and provide follow-up to customers
  • Contribute to maintaining a high-standard branch

Working Arrangements

As a School-based Trainee, you will work the equivalent of one and a half days per week. You will also be required to work additional hours during school holidays to assist in your progress.
