About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Year 10 student to join our team as a School-based Trainee in Plumbing. As a Trainee, you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Embracing the company values and policies
- Providing excellent customer service
- Completing all requirements of the certificate
- Processing sales and managing stock
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Communicating with customers and staff
- Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
- Contributing to maintaining a high standard of the branch
About You:
We are looking for a team player who possesses good written and verbal communication skills, is able to follow instructions, and has a great attitude. You should be willing to learn, take on new challenges, and maintain a neat and tidy workspace.
Working Arrangements:
As a School-based Trainee, you will work the equivalent of one and a half days per week. You will be required to work Saturdays and have the opportunity to work additional hours during school holidays to assist in your progress.
