Performance Engineering Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Engineering Manager to lead our testing team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive performance test strategies, defining non-functional requirements, and implementing performance test scenarios using LoadRunner and K6.

  • Develop and implement performance test strategies based on project requirements.
  • Define non-functional requirements, design and implement load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.
  • Develop and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner and K6.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the testing team.
  • Assess and manage risks associated with performance issues.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years' experience in performance engineering/technical leadership.
  • Deep technical expertise in performance/SVT test tooling and end-to-end performance testing.
  • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter and K6.
