Year Level Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Year Level Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting both staff and students within the relevant cohort to achieve the overarching objectives of the College.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing the implementation of whole-school improvement initiatives related to the school strategic plan and school priorities.
  • Developing and implementing curriculum plans that align with the Annual Implementation Plan (AIP).
  • Building the capacity of Junior School staff through professional development and individualized support.
  • Contributing to the overall leadership and management of the school.
  • Participating in curriculum development and review processes.

Requirements:

  • Teachers currently registered or eligible for registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
  • Qualified to teach and/or have demonstrated experience in the curriculum area(s) specified for the position.
