Senior Mechanical Project Coordinator

A key objective of this Mechanical Project Engineer role is to support end-to-end SMP project delivery for major manufacturing line installations.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years' experience in heavy industrial projects, with strong knowledge of Australian engineering standards, safety practices, and risk management.
About the Role:- Leading design coordination, procurement, and cost management for assigned packages
- Contributing to HAZOP, CHAIR, and safety-in-design workshops
- Ensuring alignment between engineering, construction, and commissioning teams
- Interfacing with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Degree-qualified Mechanical Engineer with 5+ years' experience in heavy industrial projects
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder engagement
- Comfortable working across brownfield and greenfield environments
