Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Director to lead the delivery of our organization's contribution to a targeted safety program on a major highway.

The program aims to reduce crash severity and frequency by identifying and implementing effective solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals in delivering program activities that meet our requirements and industry best-practice standards.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement with key government agencies and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Create high-performing teams to deliver program objectives by identifying and harnessing expertise.
  • Collaborate with broader program teams across the state to ensure consistency of delivery and technical practices.
  • Investigate, manage, and resolve complex engineering and contractual issues associated with the program.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on program progress to stakeholders.
