Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement
    • Collaborate with our Sales team to introduce our cross-border solution to prospective clients.
    • Help clients understand the power and flexibility of our platform, explaining technical features and resolving potential roadblocks.
  • Integration Strategy
    • Identify and qualify business opportunities, addressing key client technical objections and developing strategies to resolve technical impediments.
    • Make integration strategy recommendations to successfully implement complete solutions and optimize platform effectiveness.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Act as a technical focal point for integrating clients, demonstrating and prototyping integrations in merchant environments.
    • Provide ongoing education and technical assistance to partners and clients.
    • Stay updated with product features and roadmaps, contributing client and prospect feedback to internal teams.
  • Travel and Collaboration
    • Travel to sales meetings and technological workshops at client sites as required.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise
    • Strong understanding of systems integration concepts, API implementation (RESTful services), and relational databases (SQL).
    • Experience in close working interactions with distant teams.
  • Education and Experience
    • BA/BS/Master's degree in Computer Science or another technical field.
    • 3+ years' experience in solution design/integration within a SaaS-based environment.
  • Soft Skills
    • Strong communication skills, capable of delivering solution pitches and conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines in a changing environment.
