The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Success Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Success Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our Adobe Digital Experience customers. Your key responsibilities will include handling technical issues, ensuring customers are set up for success, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer queries.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers, resolving issues and answering questions related to Adobe products and services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify and resolve complex customer queries, exercising judgment and analysis to provide creative solutions.
  • Act as a customer advocate, representing their needs and interests within Adobe.
  • Document all customer interactions and cases, ensuring complete and accurate records for future reference.
  • Provide proactive status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and communication throughout the support process.
  • Troubleshoot and qualify incidents, collaborating with engineering teams to resolve issues and improve customer experiences.
  • Ensure effective usage of Adobe products and features, setting customers up for success and creating documentation to support their needs.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience in the software industry, with a strong background in web technologies and technical support.
  • Proficiency in HTML, DHTML, CSS, XML, AJAX, jQuery, and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and website architecture.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise judgment and analysis in complex situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience in the web and/or ECMS technologies space.
  • Past technical support experience working in the Content Management space for a software company.
  • Knowledge of product and software development cycles.
