Job Title:

Clinical Research Associate II

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Research Associate II to join our team. As a CRA II, you will be responsible for conducting site monitoring visits, tracking essential documents, and collaborating with site staff and PI to monitor the progress of assigned trials.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough site monitoring visits from selection to close out
  • Track critical documents and liaise with site staff and PI to ensure trial progress is on track
  • Collaborate with a large team to deliver high-quality results
  • Escalate any protocol deviations or risk of delay to study milestones to the Clinical Trial Manager and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Tertiary degree in Life Sciences or related field
  • At least 5 years industry experience with at least 2 years of independent site monitoring experience from CRO/Pharma background
  • Oncology experience preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management and organisation skills required to independently manage workload
