We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Birthday Party Host at Marion Outdoor Pool. This casual seasonal role is an excellent chance for someone who enjoys working with children and families in a dynamic environment.
This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring all party attendees have an unforgettable experience in a safe and enjoyable setting.
The ideal candidate will possess strong visual and verbal communication skills, enabling them to effectively engage with children and parents while maintaining order and safety.
Main responsibilities include:
- Organizing parties that promote participant involvement and enjoyment
- Interacting with children and parents to deliver exceptional service
- Maintaining a safe and organized environment while promoting proper facility use
- Developing relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements for this role include:
- DoFoodSafely Certificate
- Safe Environments training
- DHS Working with Children Check
Desirable qualifications include AUSTSWIM Certificate and Pool Lifeguard Award.
