Job Description

As a key member of our team, we are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst/QA Consultant to join us for a short-term contract. The role requires configuring business rules engines and managing information gathering and processing for loan applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure business rules engine using bespoke rules definition interface.
  • Quality Assurance Planning: Defining test plans, developing test cases, ensuring regulatory compliance and data security standards.
  • Test Execution and Reporting: Performing functional, integration, system and acceptance testing, tracking defects, and providing clear documentation of test results.
  • UAT Support: Assisting business users in UAT, gathering feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Documenting testing processes, results and troubleshooting steps, ensuring all testing artifacts are available for future reference.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of working with loan origination solutions, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to commit to a 3-6 month contract duration.
Highly Regarded Attributes
  • Proficiency in Indonesian language.
  • Experience with OutSystems platform and ability to contribute to its growth.
  • Willingness to travel to client office in Jakarta, if required.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
  • Work closely with the development team to provide feedback and ensure testing is integrated into the development lifecycle (DevOps).
  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions to streamline future testing and deployment cycles.
