Job Overview

The role of Strategic Contract Manager is a crucial position within an organization, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of client contract information. This enables seamless onboarding of new clients, accurate billing, data analysis, and efficient management of contractual obligations.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead team members in achieving key performance indicators by implementing process efficiencies and motivating the team effectively.
  2. Utilize rigorous logical methods to resolve complex problems with effective solutions.
  3. Maintain high organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  4. Develop and maintain the contract database, responding to associated queries.
  5. Communicate product pricing and customer pricing changes to ensure invoicing accuracy.
  6. Ensure timely communication of customer change of details to internal stakeholders.
  7. Coordinate upcoming customer renewals with CRM's and Sales Operations to ensure seamless contract preparation.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to ensure efficient team operation.
  9. Support stakeholders and clients (internal and external).
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' work experience in a corporate commercial environment or finance environment.
  • Experience in numerous financial systems and a solid understanding of financial processes.
  • Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
  • A high level of IT literacy, including intermediate-advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize to meet outcomes.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated initiative and business/financial systems thinking approach.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Client-focused and results-oriented.
