Catering Supervisor Job Opportunity

This is a leadership role within our hospital's food services department. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, training and supporting a team of catering staff to deliver exceptional patient services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team culture
  • Manage staffing, scheduling and rostering to ensure adequate coverage across shifts
  • Maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, dietitians and suppliers

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in catering or hospitality management, ideally within a healthcare or large-scale facility. They will also have knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as experience implementing operational improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
