Senior Property Manager – South Brisbane Suburbs

This role is perfect for an experienced property management professional who wants to take their skills to the next level. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties in the South Brisbane suburbs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and at least 2 years' experience in property management or tenancy management. They will also need to be tech-savvy, with experience using PM software such as Property Me.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of around 120 properties
  • Handle everything from entries and routines through to lease renewals, maintenance coordination and vacates
  • Be responsible for customer service and stakeholder management
Requirements
  • Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in property management or tenancy management
  • Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using PM software (Property Me preferred)
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
