**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cellar Assistant to join our team for the 2025 Vintage. As a Cellar Assistant, you will play a critical role in the production of our premium wines, working closely with our experienced winemaking team to ensure the highest quality standards are met.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist with the unloading of grape deliveries from trucks
  • Participate in cellar operations, including transfers, blending, cleaning, and equipment operation
  • Contribute to general cellar duties, such as cellar maintenance and organization
  • Work collaboratively with the winemaking team to achieve production goals

**Requirements**

  • Availability for the entire vintage period (January to April 2025)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
