Vintage Winery Opportunities

Acclaimed Workforce is seeking skilled individuals to join our team at Treasury Wine Estates Barossa Winery (Penfolds/WolfBlass) in the Barossa Valley.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in the transfer of juice and wine
  • Contribute to crushing, filtering, pressing, and fermentation activities
  • Support floatation, sampling, and additions processes
  • Work with automated tank farms and barrel lines
  • Collaborate with the grape intake team to ensure deliveries meet quality standards
Key Requirements
  • Effective communication and prioritization skills
  • A safety-focused mindset and computer literacy
  • Logical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to perform physical requirements of a cellar operator role
