About the Role

The Organisational Development & Learning Lead supports Barwon Water Group in delivering our organisational strategy through shaping performance, behaviour, and culture.

You'll lead the design of organisational development initiatives including exploring and diagnosing challenges and opportunities, consultation with the business for feedback, proposing solutions, and evaluating their success.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Partner with senior leaders to understand and support business objectives and priorities, implementing our People Strategy to build our people capability.
  2. Employ a behaviour change management approach to the design, implementation, and evaluation of organisational development initiatives, to ensure a focus on the people side of change and maximise the success of initiatives.
  3. Lead the exploration of opportunities for continuous improvement and better enable delivery of our People Strategy.

About You

You have highly developed leadership capability to influence, coach, and motivate others, building rapport with ease, developing strong relationships with people at all levels of the organisation.

You have a thorough understanding of contemporary organisational development, specifically related to leadership development and performance frameworks.

You are experienced in leading or supporting the people side of change initiatives and can confidently coach people leaders.

Your Qualifications

A relevant qualification in Human Resources (or similar) will be put to the test as you play a pivotal, strategic role across the organisation.
