About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Hanes Brands Australasia as a Digital Marketing Coordinator, working with a leading company in Australia. The role involves collaborating with a talented team to drive growth and innovation in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance and optimize digital paid and email performance-marketing programs
  • Develop and execute creative campaigns across email, search, social, remarketing, and affiliate channels
  • Report on key digital measurement dimensions and analyze campaign and website performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create digital assets for agencies
  • Support the ecommerce team with relevant initiatives
  • Coordinate key retail events, such as Click Frenzy and Black Friday

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Marketing or digital degree or similar
  • Knowledge of email and social marketing channels
  • Excellent editing and proofing skills
  • Ability to develop relationships with people at all levels within the business
  • Strong analytical skills and reporting capabilities (proficient in Excel)
  • Previous experience using CRM systems
