Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organised and professional executive assistant to support the deputy principal in their daily operations.

The successful candidate will ensure the smooth administration of the senior school, providing exceptional service and support to staff, students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule meetings and appointments efficiently
  • Prepare reports and presentations to a high standard
  • Provide administrative support to the deputy principal, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an executive assistant. You will be working closely with the deputy principal, providing expert administrative support and helping to drive the success of our senior school.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. A valid Working with Children Check in NSW (WWCC) is also essential.
