Job Overview

We are seeking an industrial technician who can provide technical support and software services for our clients.

  • Technical Support: Providing assistance to end customers and assembly technicians with their CNC machines.
  • Software Services: Offering installation and maintenance of onboard software for our machinery.
  • Problem Resolution: Providing expert advice and guidance on technical issues arising from the use of our products.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with CNC machines, strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.


Required Qualifications
  • Diploma in mechanical and/or electronic engineering or level 3 engineering qualification recognized in Australia.
  • Good knowledge in electrical and/or mechanical field.
  • Preferable knowledge in software field.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Italian language.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Attitude for relationships and contact with people.
  • Previous experience in the role of Technical Support (preferred).
  • Entry-level profiles are also considered (possibility of offering initial training).

Additional requirements include excellent adaptability skills, good predisposition to teamwork and good time management skills.
