Event Strategist Job Description

Develop and implement impactful event strategies that align with our business objectives.

As an Event Strategist, you will lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of high-profile events to drive engagement and deliver business results.

  • Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive business proposals for significant marketing events, coordinating event budgets, monitoring event performance, and presenting insights to inform improvements.
  • Assist in creating a communication strategy to promote events across digital, social, and traditional media channels.
  • Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and negotiate to achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event planning, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects from initial briefing to delivery, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree in marketing, public relations, event planning, or business.
  • Strong knowledge of event technologies, platforms, and industry best practices.
  • Experience in team leadership and stakeholder engagement within a large organisation.
