Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Scheduler to support our growing portfolio of work. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in delivering projects efficiently and effectively.

As a Senior Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the baselined Contract Master Schedule (CMS), including the Work Breakdown Structure, and monitoring all variances against the approved project baseline.

You will gather inputs from product leads and technical teams to capture and analyse inter-dependencies, scope, risks, constraints, and milestones in relation to the CMS.

You will proactively identify scheduling issues and implement mitigation strategies to support project objectives.

You will also analyse project status data to support management meetings and contribute to monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage and control the Contract Master Schedule (CMS).
  • Monitor variances against the approved project baseline.
  • Gather inputs from product leads and technical teams.
  • Analyse project status data.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience as a scheduler with strong ability to engage and collaborate across complex stakeholder environments.
  • Background in large, complex, defence-related projects.
  • Proficiency in using MS Project for schedule development and management.
  • Solid technical expertise to support project delivery in complex environments.
