At Benchmark Rehabilitation, we're committed to setting the benchmark in rehabilitation. As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you'll play an active part in your clients' journey, ensuring they achieve outstanding health, wellness, and work outcomes.

The role involves working with clients from diverse backgrounds, including CTP, Life Insurance, Aged Care, and Injury Prevention. You'll use your clinical knowledge to address mobility and functional limitations, prevent workplace injury, and promote safety and wellbeing through proactive measures.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Qualifications & Registration in Occupational Therapy
  • A willingness to travel throughout Mid-North Coast NSW (Current Vehicle and Drivers License compulsory)
  • A confident approach towards engaging with multiple stakeholders such as insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues, and employees;
  • An inclusive and integrative attitude towards engaging with the many diverse cultural groups that make up the society in which we live and work
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
  • A demonstrated ability to manage your time

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
