Residential Services and Operations Manager

Cranbrook Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Services and Relations Manager to join our team at our state-of-the-art aged care residence, Bella Vista Gardens.
This is a full-time permanent role that requires a customer-focused individual with sound business acumen and a passion for the aged care industry.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the efficient and effective delivery of residential services in a caring and respectful manner to residents and staff.
- Oversee and ensure the delivery of services that are responsive, inclusive, and sensitive to diverse resident needs and preferences.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge and understanding of Cranbrook Care's responsibilities under the Aged Care Act 1997 and the Aged Care Quality Standards 2019 Australian Work Health & Safety legislation and NSW Food Authority regulation.
- Lead and execute sales activities to deliver occupancy targets and Lifestyle Services Targets.
- Work with the Finance team and direct leader to develop the annual residential services budget.
- 5+ years of experience in aged care/hotel services supervision and/or equivalent level in the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, including meeting sales targets.
- Experience in leading a diverse team, including strong capability in managing staff performance and development.
- Expert knowledge of Australian Work Health & Safety legislation and NSW Food Authority regulation.
- Solid working knowledge of Australian regulatory requirements related to aged care.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
- Demonstrates a high level of ability in taking responsibility for own actions.
- Demonstrates a high level of sensitivity in dealings with key stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise work according to strict guidelines.
- Demonstrates ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrates a high level of motivation and initiative.
- Must be well presented and approachable.
- Must have attention to detail.
