Payroll Transformation Expert

The Payroll Transformation Expert plays a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of high-impact payroll remediation projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and improvements in processes and systems.

  • Assisting with the validation and finalisation of long service leave entitlements.
  • Supporting project activities, including correction of balances and back payment processing.
  • Preparing detailed reports, data, and recommendations for payroll and system managers.
  • Contributing to payroll compliance initiatives and supporting regulatory requirements.
  • Assisting with process enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency in payroll operations.
  • Working within project frameworks to ensure successful delivery of payroll transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborating across HR and payroll teams to ensure end-to-end service delivery.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in payroll projects, ideally in remediation, compliance, or leave management.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, entitlements, and Australian legislation.
  • Experience working in project environments, including reporting and documentation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work remotely while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
