Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the development and implementation of manufacturing technologies and best practices in our fry plants.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, science, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements that drive continuous innovation
  • Cultivate and lead a high-performing team to achieve project goals
  • Review and approve technical documents, including process and instrumentation diagrams
  • Facilitate seamless hand-off transitions between functions and ensure projects deliver against the business case
  • Support plants to sustain and make continuous improvements against key manufacturing targets
  • Develop and implement best operating practices that drive continuous improvement

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A university degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Food Manufacturing industry
  • Previous experience in technical, engineering, operational, and/or R&D roles
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management expertise
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to read and build financial reports
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and measure progress
  • Proven influence and decision-making skills with cross-functional business teams
  • Strong technical aptitude, mechanical/electrical engineering, and/or plant automation, with the ability to improve process efficiencies
  • Knowledge of Autonomous Maintenance Systems and processing equipment, methods, and philosophies
