Job Role:

Senior SMSF Client Managers are sought after to lead compliance teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients.

  • Manage client portfolios end-to-end, meeting lodgement deadlines and compliance obligations.
  • Confidently handle complex structures including property investments and LRBAs.
  • Review financial statements, tax returns, and audit documentation.
  • Lead and mentor teams of accountants, providing training and performance management.
  • Act as key contacts for clients, providing proactive communication and advice.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in SMSF accounting and compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of SMSF legislation, reporting requirements, and industry standards.
  • Proven experience managing relationships and leading teams.
  • CA/CPA qualified (or near completion).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
