Stablehand Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced stablehand to join our team on the Sunshine Coast racetrack.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in horse handling and basic first aid knowledge. You will be responsible for feeding, grooming, and exercising racehorses, as well as maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with other staff members to ensure the health and wellbeing of the horses. This includes monitoring their diet, exercise, and living conditions, as well as providing regular veterinary care.

To succeed in this role, you must be reliable, hardworking, and committed to meeting weekday and potentially raceday commitments.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong background in horse handling and care.
  • Basic first aid knowledge and experience.
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
