Job Opportunity: Molecular Biologist
The ideal candidate will provide technical support to our team through provision of molecular biology services.
This role will focus on providing expertise in molecular biology and handling plants grown in growth facilities, as well as assisting with tissue culture techniques used in plant synthetic biology experiments.
The position will also assist with implementing organisational processes, liaising with staff, and supporting other team members through engagement in experimental work and strategic projects.
About the Role
- Ability to promote organisational values and build effective relationships with stakeholders
- Working knowledge of molecular biology techniques
- Previous experience working in a PC2 facility
- Desirable - Understanding of gene editing and plant transformation processes
Candidates should have relevant education or experience and be able to demonstrate commitment to organisational values and positive behaviour expectations.
Requirements
