Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter orders efficiently
  • Process orders through our systems promptly and accurately
  • Manage online customer orders and escalate issues to specialists as needed
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve issues
  • Create order documents necessary for compounding, as required
  • Perform other tasks or activities as deemed relevant by the business

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in order entry, preferably with background in GMP
  • Highly competent in accurate order entry
  • Experience in a customer-focused environment
  • Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem resolution skills with a positive attitude
  • Desire to learn and ability to cope with change
  • Ability to handle pressure and a busy working environment
