
Sales Business Partner and Client Advocate

The Sales Support and Customer Success Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Freeing up the sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing orders in Salesforce, and streamlining processes to boost efficiency.
- Enhancing customer experience through proactive communication, campaign reporting, and relationship building to drive retention and loyalty.
Support & Administration:
- Act as the primary point of contact for sales teams, overseeing routine administrative tasks.
- Support sales with order management, customer agreements, and reporting to ensure seamless operations.
- Create dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on sales performance, market trends, and new opportunities.
- Maintain and develop Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and providing training to new joiners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (editorial, events, accounts) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Prepare sales reports, contracts, and competitor analyses to inform business decisions.
- Handle client inquiries and ensure efficient communication channels are maintained.
Customer Success:
- Build strong relationships with key customers, understanding their goals and objectives.
- Proactively communicate to ensure they achieve desired outcomes and meet expectations.
- Lead customer onboarding and training programs.
- Deliver insightful post-campaign reports with actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
- Identify and resolve customer issues to enhance satisfaction and reduce churn.
- Promote new features and products to drive customer value and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
