Director of Marketing Strategy

We are seeking a visionary Marketing Director to spearhead our marketing function and drive business growth.
This senior leadership role will oversee the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans that align with our national objectives. Key Responsibilities include:
· Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies
· Leading local area marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and community engagement
· Identifying opportunities for growth and improvement through data-driven retail marketing approaches
· Managing marketing performance and ROI
· Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
· Fostering a collaborative team culture and influencing the Leadership Team
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess extensive B2C marketing experience, particularly in fast-paced retail or BTL environments. A strong understanding of strategic marketing theory and customer engagement principles is essential. Proven experience in 360-degree campaign execution is also required.
Skill Requirements:
• Minimum 12+ years of B2C marketing experience in a fast-paced environment
